Epoxy Flooring White Rock

These garages warrant particularly careful ASTM moisture testing. The BC Building Code vapour barrier requirements did not apply to most of White Rock's existing housing stock when it was built.

South Surrey's Grandview Heights and Ocean Park areas have a mix of older established homes and newer construction. Newer builds require the standard 28-day cure confirmation and ASTM moisture test. Older Ocean Park properties often show elevated moisture readings. The NRC concrete guidance recommends moisture testing before any coating application on all Canadian slabs.
